Everything you need to know about Mneme
You can cancel your subscription at any time with no hassle:
- Log in to Mneme and open the Settings modal (gear icon in the chat interface)
- Click "Manage Subscription" in the Subscription section
- This opens the Stripe Customer Portal where you can cancel
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of your billing period
Your subscription will continue until the end of your current billing period. No refunds for partial months, but you keep full access until then.
